Ticket Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Event Cancellations: We only offer refunds or exchanges if we cancel an event. Changes in your personal circumstances or event rescheduling due to weather or global health crises don’t qualify for refunds. We’ll reschedule when possible, but refunds are only issued in extreme cases at the promoter’s discretion.
  • Ticket Liability: In case of cancellation, our liability is limited to the ticket price (including fees). We’re not responsible for any other expenses, like travel or accommodation.

Cancelled Events:

  • Contact us: If an event is cancelled, please reach out to us for refund information. We’ll offer you seats at the rescheduled event or a refund if it’s not rescheduled.
  • Refund process: Refunds for pre-event tickets will be the full amount (including handling fees), excluding delivery charges. Partial refunds may apply if only part of a multi-day event is cancelled.
  • Retail outlet purchases: If you bought your ticket from a retailer, return it directly to them.

Staying Informed:

  • Cancellation updates: We’ll make every effort to notify you of event cancellations via Facebook and our website. However, we can’t guarantee you’ll receive the notification before the event.

Variations and Rescheduling:

  • We reserve the right to change artists, programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity. No refunds will be given unless under extreme circumstances at the promoter’s discretion.
  • Weather-related rescheduling: We may reschedule events due to weather or other situations affecting performers, staff, or the audience. We’ll notify you through Facebook and our website.

Ticket Validity:

  • We can deny entry if your ticket is damaged, invalid, or not purchased from an authorized source.

Reselling and Scalping:

  • Reselling tickets without our written consent is strictly prohibited. This includes online auctions, unauthorized websites, and commercial purposes. Violating this condition may lead to cancellation of your ticket and denied entry.

Scalping Warning: Reselling tickets in certain situations may be illegal and attract criminal penalties.
